Our facility boasts advanced mixing capabilities with specialized SS 316 for sensitive products & FRP+PP reactors that accommodate a wide pH range of 0 to 14, ensuring versatility for various product formulations. Our reactors include:

  • 2200L FRP+PP reactors – 4 Nos
  • SS 316 reactors in sizes of 200L, 600L, and 2000L

Automated Filling Lines Equipped with two automated lines for corrosive products and two for neutral products, ensuring efficiency and safety. Semi-Automatic and Manual Lines Three semi-automatic lines cater to viscous and smaller packs, while four manual lines handle products of 2 litres and above.
Capping
Automated Capping Machines Three machines for automated cap placement and torquing ensure a perfect seal every time. Semi-Automatic and Manual Capping Includes a semi-automatic machine for various caps like pumps and triggers, alongside manual capping for larger containers.
Labelling
Efficient Labeling Machines Three automated labelling machines streamline the label application process. Additional Labeling Facilities Features a steam tunnel with a generator for heat-sensitive labels and an on-site label rewinder.
Coding
Advanced Coding Technology Three CO2 laser printers and three continuous inkjet printers provide high-quality, durable product coding. Versatile Printing Options Includes a conveyor-based inkjet printer for specific coding needs.
